SHIPPING POLICY

Handling Time

Our goal is to ship orders within 3 to 5 business days. Shipments are sent Monday - Friday. We do not ship on holidays. Additional specifics may be listed in the product description. Some items may have extended shipping timelines. 

Domestic Delivery

Shipping options will be provided during checkout. Standard ground takes approximately 4-6 business days once your item is packaged and shipped (not including weekends). Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii can take an additional 2-5 days. Tracking numbers are autogenerated via email when the label is printed, but movement may be delayed based on when scanning occurs. 

Multiple Shipments

The merchandise you order may be filled in multiple packages and may arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances. Your original shipping charge will simply be split across the multiple packages when your order is charged. Shipping to multiple addresses requires placing separate orders. 

International Delivery

Shipping options will be provided during checkout. Tracking is available for most destinations and an estimated delivery date is also available. 

Import Duties, Fees, and Taxes

All orders shipping to a destination outside of the USA are subject to the import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country. 

Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country's Customs Department or Agency for inspection. 

We have no control over the process or additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of your order (package) into your country. We do not benefit in any way from these charges, and we work closely with our carriers to ensure as few delays as possible. 

We are not responsible for any duties, fees, or taxes that are incurred during the delivery of your order/package. 

Please note that it is your responsibility to obtain any necessary governmental permission and/or documentation for import approval, as well as to verify and pay all import charges including duties, fees, and taxes. 

Origination Policies

Original Artwork is shipped FOB Origin, Freight Prepaid & Add for artwork larger than Minis. You will be contacted directly to arrange shipping.
